hi pradeep....i m much in the dark as most of us are, only able to watch and track the daily movements, technical charting also dono much.....movement looks good like today. i am not selling any yet as it is a good well-managed company worth hanging on to.

8761 Brem 柏年 Rm 2.32 进场的原因---
1)1)技术面说,此股在15-04-14的股价为rm2.03 .之后整理近3个月在7-7-14闭市为rm2.09
隔天8-7-14开始上升闭市为rm2.17,现在价位为rm2.29是进场机会.仍然保持良好的势头,逢低进场。
2)目前要找支价值好且价位低的股票不客易,Brem是我看到的其中一支增值股.
3)主要是地皮己大副度增值.公司于31-3-14有1383万在银行. Rm1.11亿债务.

4)其基本因素好,并无负面消息,因此可以进场.将来必可大赚.
5)合计全年,柏年净利报3649万令吉,每股盈利为21.7仙。现在价位Rm2.29 (pe=10.5),
明显被低估了,合理的pe=13,价位=Rm2.82 .并有NTA=RM2.82 ,dy=2.6%
6)慧眼在专栏中提到,柏年控股是其中一个遭低估的二线地产股,以股票和土地价值推算,
公司资产实值相等于每股8.32令吉。(取70%算都有rm5.80)
7)公司派送红股的几率相当高,(2011年有过发红股).
8)公司股票買回,股价具有支撑力.
9)公司约700亩土地于kl.pj.klang一带,近20年的阿公地,今非昔比,早己大副度增值,
可用来建筑房屋或出售,都会带来公司资产爆炸式的成长.(我也是冲着土地变黄金而来的,哈哈)
10)30大股东已持有71.34%(120242张),市场流通量只有52494张,总股数为172736張.
Brem 绝对是投资者的首选股,公司的潜在价值好,将会是一只黑马股。
11)正确机率多才能成功--
所以,总括一句,我们只是平民散户,通过本身对投资的喜好和研究,希望(努力)在股市中挣到不错的回酬,

to...erkngseng, tks for sharing. how come not one of the analyst from the research department of any of the security firm ever wrote about BREM that I have seen, except the Edge who interviewed the MD Mr Khoo in about Feb 3-2014 and wrote the article "Low land cost lifts Brem's margin.

根据该公司1亿6854万股(不包括库存股)计算,在加总了所有土地价值后,该公司资产实值相等于每股8.32令吉!
“2012年12月,第一控股工业出售莎亚南20英亩工业地,净赚6900万令吉。”
“2013年11月,亿顺机构买雪州斯里肯邦岸(Sri Kembangan)14.4英亩商业地段,净利约1亿令吉。”
这两则新闻说明“土地生黄金”是铁一般事实。
今日,网络世界之虚拟货币比特币全球爆红,几年上上涨千倍。这种无国家央行承认与担保,单靠信心支撑的货币,其价值无中无有;参与买卖者是在赌博,不是投资。
土地就不同,它是人类必需品之一,可用以生产各类楼房工厂,属于投资性最强的资产。土地还可保值,抗通胀,其价值长期上涨,尤其是地点优越,位于大城市的地价,涨幅惊人。
大马股市的地产股拥有不少多年前留下的土地,现已增值多倍。但是,不少二线地产股股价却严重低估。现在,笔者以柏年控股证明之。

地产化为盈利推动股价

柏年控股的资产实值每股8.32令吉,但股价只有1.49令吉,即资产折扣高达82%在总资产中,地产占95%,它不但不会贬值,而且还有逐年增值潜能。
由于大马产业市场将稳健发展,何况公司地皮大部分位于产业最热卖地点的吉隆坡与巴生谷,再加上地皮成本十分廉宜,所以公司产业发展之盈利将逐年强力增长,成为推动股价上升的动力。

派送红股机率高

公司的四大核心业务即产业发展、产业投资、建筑和水供服务全都赚钱。在2014年3月财政年首二季,各业务盈利如下:
1.产业发展1821万令吉
2.产业投资213万令吉
3.建筑538万9000令吉
4.水供999万7000令吉
5.联号7万7000令吉

公司首二季净赚1881万,即每股净利11.2仙。笔者预期,全年净利保守可达每股20至22仙,则本益比6.6倍至7.3倍。
如果公司按照就派发每股6仙股息,则股息会酬率是4.11%公司拥有14亿338万令吉高素质资产,而净贷款仅4563万令吉,所以财务稳健。
至于公司未分配盈利之储备金,已高达3亿11万令吉,将来用以派送红股的机率相当高。

大胆超廉价买地赚大钱

廉价地产好股大胆买进可致富。
一人的信心,力量不大;千万人的信心加起来就是一股强大力量,大到可把比特币推高上千倍。
今日,大马股市地产股,不少在资产价值方面最强,最有增值潜能,但股价大平卖,只因为市场人士还缺乏信心。
在股市,“先知先觉赚大钱,后之后觉赚小钱,不知不觉赚不到钱。”
因此,如果长期投资买进柏年控股这类般价高度低估的地产好股,抱着以超级廉价买地皮,做发展商的心态耐心待股,以每股1.49令吉买进资产实值每股8.32令吉、管理好、盈利佳、财务稳、股息诱人的柏年控股,问题就不是赚不赚钱,而是赚多少钱。

个人浅见与感想---
1)BREM会是下一只sab 5134 吗?慧眼大师介绍那几天的价位,最低rm1.45 最高rm2.22
现在重回rm2.22.是否说明另一波的升势重新开动呢?
2)大家都说现是市第三期,许多股己上升且反应价值,此时買入资产严重被低估的brem是机会.
3)用今天的钱買入3至20年前的地皮价值,现价位rm2.38进场,风险等于零.
这是我最有伩心的一只股,做梦都会笑,哈哈!
4)老板khoo chai kaa 近期购回公司股票,第四大股东lembaga tabung haji 紧握 4.76%久久,
就是对公司的铁定信心.
5)同意慧眼大师的地皮生黄金说法,因此相信它,買入它,什么都不用做,等待是最好的投资策略.
brem将会一一释放真实的价值,不会永远被忽略与低估的.

Personal humble opinion and feelings ---
1) BREM sab 5134 will be the next one right? Eye masters introduce price those days, the minimum rm1.45 highest rm2.22
Now back to rm2.22. Whether another wave of instructions to re-start the rally it?
2) Everyone says now is the city of the third period, many stocks have been rising and the response value, then buying assets seriously underestimated brem opportunity.

BREM is a construction stock and not property stock be alert I agree it is undervalue but if you do not have a buyer for the land then we have to wait. According to the chart if you wish to take profit you may but if you had purchase at a much lower price say around 2.05 you can hold.this is my opinion and you can correct me if I am wrong.market sentiment not very good we are going for a correction just watch and see tomorrow

Brem is for long term investment. If they develop their land or sell their land, either way they will make a lot of money. Just be patient. Buying Brem is like buying prime land at a cheap price!

原有股东要再购回 10%(17273張)的公司股票,只因--
1)现在股票的价值物有所值.
2)走向私有化.(最好不要,因为资产并未完全反应,除非价钱合理rm4.00-rm5.00)
3)股东看到未来净利上升,趁现在股价低快快回购.
4)增加股息的发放,最终受益最大的还星原有大股东.
个人推理,进出自负
Existing shareholders to buy back again 10% (17,273) of the company's stock, because -

大眾银行分析员在今天撰写的一份报告中,形容哥打哥文寧一块面积约664.49英亩的地库为南方油脂的隱藏钻石。该分析员补充说,该地库的价值约5亿6200万令吉,甚至大于南方油脂目前约4亿2000万令吉的市值。

「南方油脂目前4亿2000万令吉的市值,仅反映该公司多元的业务,即种植、油脂化学、医疗保健、仓库与运输。投资者忽视了该公司在莎阿南哥打哥文寧的一块黄金地库。该地库的面积约664.49英亩,价值约5亿6200万令吉。」
