Jerasia relies a lot on the Mango brand franchise, there is a risk that they may lose the distributorship or the principal suddenly decided to operate their own stores in Malaysia. Their own home grown brands are not strong enough either. Hence, their GP margin is around 30% compared with Padini which is around 50%. Jerasia's ROE is single digit compared with Padini's double digit. At this point, I don't see any catalyst for this counter unless they can grow their own brands and expand their offerings with better margins. Also, shares very thinly traded with small mkt cap.

1) Prolexus, PCCS & Cheetah have gone up in price. Jerasia is the only laggard.
2) NTA at RM1.50. Selling at more than 60% Discount to NTA
3) Prime Factories in Shamelin Perkasa, Pudu/Cheras (Only 5 mins to KL Golden Triangle) Also in Kluang like PCCS Factories. KL Ones More Superior in value.
4) P/E about 10. Cash flow OK
5) Full Page Advert in STAR NEWSPAPER TODAY - MANGO Clothes! At 50% DISCOUNT!
6) SHOPS ARE IN VERY PRIME SHOPPING AREAS - AEON & Others
7) WILL BENEFIT FROM TOURISM BOOM.

Since Jerasia is a laggard. Price is still cheap.

Jerasia is importing new brand from Italy called Terranova. This shop brand is equal to H&M in quality and price. The best part is they are opening a lot of shops in the newly renovated Atria DJ. and apparently, the company is related to this shopping mall.
