RPS ex-date is 5mar. Terms and conditions look good to me: right/share=0.2, free warrant/RPS=3.5, tenure is 5 yrs, interest 5%/yr. So, expecting price to move upwards.

Right issue if for debt its bad thing, but if for expansion then it is good. After looking at their AFS this company does not have much debt, many debt maturity for long term only.Recently it got technical pullback, looking at FA this company got good business prospect, with the implementation of nationwide digitalization can expect more growth for Omesti.

One RPS comes with 2.33WA...not 3.5WA...check betul betul lah

only buy RPS then only can entitle free warrant 119,7751812/3*7 = 279,476,812
RPS entitle interest, and will direct pay back RM1 after maturity

CharlesT, did the kindergarten math assuming exercise warrant, pls check, hope no mistake: Let m0 be price of mother bought in sen, m1 price of mother after warrant exercised, so the gain% is:((m1-m0)+2.33(m1-50))/(m0+2.33×50). Plus the 5%interest.

In other words, to get more than the 5%, (from the numerator), the condition is m1>0.3m0+35.eg1.m0=50,m1>50(obviously). Eg2. m0=55,m1>51.5. eg3.m0=60, m1>53. In words, eg2 says if buy mother at 55sen now, and mother is more than 51.5 after warrants conversion than gain will be more than the 5%.Of course also assuming you have not sold the original mother bought at 55sen. Yes, there are quite a few it's, but my intention is just to get some numbers to have a feel of what I am getting into. I feel the chance of getting more than 5%is high, but you judge please.
