a. The suspension of trading of SCIB’s securities will be effected on the next market day after the expiry of 5 market days from 31 October 2021.

b. The date of suspension of trading will be on 9 November 2021.

c. The Company will work with its external auditor to expedite the finalisation of audit of the AFS 2021 and to issue the Annual Report 2021 as soon as possible before the end of December 2021.

d. The expected date of issuance of the outstanding Annual Report 2021 is 31 December 2021.

i doubt doubt why other company can issue AR or QR on time as all faces the same covid situation. And SCIB cannot submit on time leh, why why why , can some expert tell me the reasons leh

Most probably there are significant related parties transactions among the 3 companies, may or may not be related to issues raised by KPMG in Serbak audit. May just infer that the 3 companies are not independent of each other.

We just meet people in power to convey party grassroot concern over different treatment by Bursa Malaysia to trader and investor including company listed in Bursa Malaysia and requested them to do something about it especially during this coming budget. Give chances to company to rebuilt and grow after country back on track from long MCO. Many company having difficulty in managing their financial report especially in meeting deadline not to mention those having operation around the world which subject to that country rule and regulation. Hope they can push something during this coming budget to help public listed company.

If Bursa Malaysia’s rejection of the extension of time request is maintained, trading in the shares of SCIB will be suspended on Nov 9.

“The suspension of trading of SCIB’s securities will be effected on the next market day after the expiry of five market days from Oct 31,” the group noted.
