pick up gradually. One (with good track record) Fund Manager recommended when it was 1.87. The earnings projected is about RM115m in 2016 (with order book in hand). PE is only 3.7x in 2016. Good to buy and hold until it double. For those who bought at 80sen, bravo.
When I first heard of Capital 21 I went to view it twice. It is located between Larkin & Kempas. I bought a house for a client through JB High Court Auction in Taman Purnama, Kempas last year. So i am quite familiar with Capital City 21.
It is located in a Malay Middle Class Enclave. Purchasing power here is average to above average. This single project expected to contribute 20 cents EPS for Gadang for the next 5 years.
For GSB "G Residences" it is located in Plentong (Between Permas Jaya & Taman Molek). This is the enclave of Upper Chinese Middle Class. And with many professionals working in Singapore the purchasing power here is greater due to their salaries in Singapore Dollars.
Even with the Toll & VEP they still bring home substantial amount., So GSB has brighter prospects.
Another thing is, Capital 21 Is quite isolated whereas "G Residences" is withing walking distance (3 minutes) to GIANT, (6 minutes) to TESCO & THE NEW PERMAS CITY Is Only 3 minutes drive away.
to me now is in the head and shoulder formation if the right leg lower than left leg, indication of trend reversal mean selling time....???(if tomorrow going down to rm1.70 likely i will sell off all my holding, hope not)
I question why some of you who said that the price chart will exhibit a "head and shoulder" pattern did not come up with a solid and convincing rationale to justify their statement .
I actually suspect cup & handle formation, - How it form - In april, trading vol at the peak there was still very high, therefore many retailers got trapped there, recently when it broke new high, many of those willing to let go with little profit after 3 months trapped / or just to breakeven, therefore price reversed. But when reaching bottom, it does not normally exceed half of *cup* bottom which is 1.62.
When the price dropped from 2.00 to 1.79, the volume of disposals did not decrease as much as it increased. This means most shareholders are confident about this counter.
