Yesterday sold at 0.20 and buy back 0.18 cent, today sold 0.19 and buy back 0.17 cent....tomorrow sell 0.18 cent and buy back 0.16 cent...very easy to make profit by short selling only.

cita realiti is just 1 of the con companies, but dont forget their group.
they invest in companies then use those companies to raise funds to buy shares from other companies
use money to create more money. its 1 gang of i buy your shares and you buy mind, in between we pump share price up then dump, or get cheap price via PP.

Private Placement - 94,000,000 shares at 0.159. listing date was yesterday 21/3/2022
they already started offloading since monday, i had the misconception of new PP holders have to hold for some time before can sell in open market.
careful when trading this counter.

its mostly the conman themselves are buying from left hand sell to right hand. create artificial volume for support/buy/sell to attract any suckers.

95% of super penny stocks which issued PP/RI/ESOS will drop 50-90% of it's issued price. Many examples out there. Most of this stocks are empty shells without core business and the big boss fully control the game. They can simply print lots of tickets at super cheap price then sell at market for huge profit. Or just used the company raised fund to buy others penny stocks at much higher than market's price to let particular group of people gain huge profits.. later the company will report millions of investment loss.. The directors of penny stocks do nothing just sit there and goyang kaki to get high paid salary and bonus.. But investors get nothing... and the share price keep dropping , share consolidation and depreciation.

So next time if you see any company do RI/pp/esos and also fintec group involved or it's directors/founders selling.... then just sell your shares immediately even at loss.. dont come back and see it again even it rebound..

on 25/11/2021 there was 144 milions shares sold by previous directors ( Goh Hooi Yin and Wong Swee Yee ) at RM0.60 via off market (that day highest open price was only RM0.495) to :
1. Bcmall (Cita is largest sharesholders) 19millions
2. DATO' SRI DR PANG CHOW HUAT (founder of Sanichi ) 48milions shares.
3. Balance 77millions shares sold to who? should be fintec related group as well.

after the ex-directors sold off their shares, then they left the company with huge $$. The new boss aka fintec's gang came in and appoint their people: Wong KoK Seong , Hoo Swee Guan and Gan Chow Tee). These new board members also holding other super penny stock company's position.

Now the fitters price is RM0.16. and new issued 94 millions pp at RM0.159, Cita subscribed 47 millions shares.

Can see how they manipulated the game?

aiyoh yoh... they already see 2days b4 receiving their ESOS..and still selling but slowly during up. Penny shares are easy to P & D ones.. Watch ..the moment they dry up. They rest for few days and pump till 18 and repeat cycle. So newbies not only be careful, BUT be very careful as penny shares are not held by institutions BUT by CONNED men
