Mohd Nazifuddin Najib has resigned as an independent director, 25 days after he was appointed.
The company said on Monday that his resignation took effect on the same day. He was appointed to the board on Oct 28.
He still owns 3.98 million Harvest Court shares.
Nazifuddin is the chairman of 1Green Enviro Sdn Bhd, Magna Healthcare Sdn Bhd, Cahaya Pedoman Sdn Bhd, Tribus Sdn Bhd and Sagajuta (Sabah) Sdn Bhd. He also the director of Kingtime International Ltd and Dynac Sdn Bhd.

I think Bursa has done injustice to harvest by suspending and designating it....
The new owner has line up within a short period 3 parcels of businesses for harvest and the forecasted profit justifies to a certain extent the excitement in Harvest...so, I am not surprise at all if Bursa reverse its decision.
1. Harvest Court Industries Berhad ("HCIB" or "the Company")
A) Letter of Award with Sagajuta (Sabah) Sdn Bhd for a contract worth RM7,032,979; and B) Agreement with Husham Trade Company for a contract worth RM6,100,000

The Project is the proposed mixed development consist of 68 units of 2 storey shoplexes, 3 storey anchor lot, 1 block of 24 storey condominiums (1008 units), 1 level common facilities with 4 storey carparking called Platinum Tower on PARCEL 1, 9 units of 3 storey wisma office block on PARCEL 2, and 8 units of 2 storey shoplexes, with 1 block of 28 storey medium cost apartment (950 units) with 1 level common facilities podium and 5 level of car parking floors called Gold Tower on PARCEL 3 at lot CL 015080145 & 015026392 Jalam Sulaman, District of Kota Kinabalu, Kuala Menggatal (?1Sulaman Project?). The total Gross Development Value (?GDV?) of the 1Sulaman Project is RM500,000,000 which comprises of Parcel 1, Parcel 2 and Parcel 3. GDV of the Gold Tower on Parcel 3 is RM173,353,325. The Tender Sum of the particular parcel is minimum of RM127,000,000.00 to maximum of RM129,000,000 of which is a fixed cost contract. The gross and net profit margin for the said Project is estimated at 13.41% and 10.06%, respectively from the contract amount.

The Project is the Proposed Pulp & Paper Plant to Process Oil Palm EFB at PT 1451 HS(D) 11839, Mukim Serting Ulu, Daerah Jempol, Negeri Sembilan (?1Green Enviro Project?). 1GE confirmed that the total project value is estimated to be RM200.0 million which consists of 3 packages for a total targeted production capacity of up to 70,000 MT. The LOI is only for the Package 1 and 2 of which Package 1 amounting to RM50.0 million which involves providing production facilities for 15,000 MT Capacity and Package 2 amounting to RM20.0 million which involves upgrading the production facilities to 25,000 MT Capacity. The total size of the plant is around 150,000 square feet on 10 acres land. Package 3 is not within the scope of this LOI. As informed by 1GE, Package 3 will be a separate production line of 45,000 MT capacities, to be commenced upon completion of Package 1 & 2. The gross and net profit margin for the said Packages is estimated at 15.7% and 11.8%, respectively from the contract amount respectively. Package 1 of said Project is expected to be commenced one month after obtaining approval of HCIB?s shareholders at an EGM to be convened. Package 2 shall be commencing in the following year.

Boboijohn Gaman, I recommended Harvest Court to all my gaman, today +0.18(17.31%). I have sold 80% of my Harvest C. However, Please DO NOT buy HC, miss the bus already. Next trip ya. Btw, I'm still studying SUPERMAX Corp. Overall, I think most high quality stock at KLSE are slightly "Overbought", I honestly looking into SUPERMAX(maybe Rm2.02), GENTING(target Rm10.20) & GENM(target Rm3.76). Kopivosian dongotuvong
