sooner, i don't think so. If I were to say sooner, the "sooner" will be at least 3-6 months.
The technical analysis is bad already where 100MA above 50MA and above 20MA. Super bad sign. "Soon" will cross up by 200MA. Lower high formed yesterday and today start to see lower low formation.

If really want to buy, can wait at 0.74.

Risk at yourself, this is just my point of view from the TA perspective.
