By the way, the bonus issue should be approved by this week. Also, the 11th MP will be announced on this Thursday, 21st May 2015. The latest quarter report will be announced on next Monday, 25th May 2015.

2 cents dividend should be last year. This year is 5 cents proposed and will be approved during AGM end of this month.

Thk god very lucky to offload 2.00 yesterday and sadly I wasn't wrong the market is facing the 1MDB wave !! Pressure is pumping including deputy PM ...... surly if you sack the Board that got to include the "Chairman" too but u don't expect Deputy PM to sell it out mahhhhhhh

Bursa should take not more than 14 working days from submission the application. It has already exceeded the normal timeline. I guess it should be due really soon

I sold it. Market is unstable now. Fitch may downgrade malaysia 's credit rating in june. If this happens, sure big drop in share mkt. Be careful.

On behalf of the Board, AmInvestment Bank wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 22 May 2015 approved the following:

(i) admission of Warrants-D to Official List of Bursa Securities and the listing of and quotation for up to 89,052,349 Warrants-D to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Free Warrants Issue;

(ii) listing of and quotation for up to 89,052,349 new MHB Shares which may be issued arising from exercise of the Warrants-D;

(iii) listing of and quotation for up to 22,257,000 additional Warrants-C constituted by Deed Poll-C which may be issued pursuant to the Adjustments to Warrants-C arising from the Proposed Bonus Issue in accordance with the Deed Poll-C and up to 22,257,000 new MHB Shares to be issued arising from the full exercise of the additional Warrants-C;

(iv) listing of and quotation for up to 222,630,874 new MHB Shares to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Bonus Issue; and

(v) listing of and quotation for such number of new MHB Shares up to 15% of the issued and paid-up share capital of MHB (excluding treasury shares) which may be issued pursuant to the exercise of the ESOS Options under the Proposed ESOS.



The approval granted by Bursa Securities is subject to the following conditions:

(i) MHB and AmInvestment Bank must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the Listing Requirements pertaining to the implementation of the Proposals;

(ii) MHB and AmInvestment Bank to inform Bursa Securities upon the completion of the Proposals;

(iii) MHB to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities’ approval once the Proposals are completed;

(iv) MHB and AmInvestment Bank are required to make the relevant announcements pursuant to paragraphs 6.35(2)(a) and (b) and 6.35(4) of the Listing Requirements for the Proposed Bonus Issue;

(v) a certified true copy of the resolution passed by the shareholders in a general meeting approving the Proposals; and

(vi) to incorporate Bursa Securities’ comments in respect of the draft circular to shareholders.
