Mitra-WC: RM 0.67。

If Buy Mitra-WC + RM 0.90 (Exercise) = RM1.57
No risk gain will be (0.67+0.9)/1.67 = 9.4%

我们认为，作为建筑领域小型股，相较建筑领域同行的8倍至10倍本益比，公司今年的7.7倍本益比更具吸引力，股价仍属“廉宜”。

公司盈利增长前景亮眼，预料股价仍有17.6%的潜在上涨空间，并能够在1.60令吉获得强力支撑，因此将目标价定于1.94令吉，建议投资者“短线买入”。

Based on a filing to Bursa Malaysia, the provident fund had on Wednesday (March 4) purchased 1.1 million shares or a 0.28% stake in Mitrajaya (fundamental: 1.7; valuation: 1.8), bringing its stake to 5.14%.

The filing, however, did not state the price of the transaction.

Mitrajaya is involved in construction and civil engineering works and property development.

The counter closed at RM1.65 today, up 6 sen or 3.77%, giving it a market capitalisation of RM626.62 million.

Xu Yu Fu, the company is yet to announce the EX-Date for the bonus share..you just have to buy the share before the Ex-Date then you will entitle the bonus share

Yes Bernard Tan u r right. so in short, u need to buy 5 mother Mitra to be entitled 2.5 bonus + 1 free WD. U r not entitled for the free bonus/ WD should u buy WC. The conversion price will be adjusted down.

The assumption adjusted exercise price for warrant c is mentioned in the announcement (Page 10). This is because of the mother will be diluted with bonus 2:1. Calculated as ( 0.9 + 0.9 ) / 3 = 0.60.
