XOX is a Mobile Virtual Network Operator (“MVNO”) involved in the provision of mobile telecommunication products and services without having to own a licensed frequency allocation of radio spectrum as well as mobile and digital network infrastructure. (i) a scalable digital marketplace integrated with e-Wallet
which aims to provide a seamless shopping experience for merchants and
consumers (“XOX Digital Marketplace”);
(ii) provision of microfinancing services via a platform that is integrated with e-Wallet for

(iii) integration and enhancement of the XOX e-Wallet with blockchain and e-KYC solutions to enable users of its digital wallet to deposit, withdraw and exchange real currencies and digital assets as well as perform digital transactions (“Blockchain e-Wallet”).

0.100 is the price after consolidating before... if not consolidate the price is 0.010... If goes below 0.100 that is the worst-case... 0.105= 0.005, 0.100=0.010, 0.115= 0.015... That the current price of XOX... 0.105 is the lowest XOX price can go... if below than that company loss much..

XOX is very fragile and at a same time is potential too. Just take the blockchain tech along as one of their market tool . (of course there are many other competitors out there too) . But in future of Healthcare , agricultural, foods , anti fake goods and... just name a few .

The Board of Directors (“Board”) of XOX Bhd (“XOX” or the “Company”) wishes to inform that XOX Wallet Sdn Bhd (“XOX Wallet”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 24 August 2020 entered into a Strategic Collaboration Agreement (“Agreement”) with Alipay Labs (Singapore) Pte. Ltd to collaborate in the blockchain-based solutions for a period of 3 years.



Alipay Labs (Singapore) Pte. Ltd is a private limited liability company incorporated in Singapore and is an affiliate company of Ant Group Co., Ltd.



The Agreement shall be effective from 24 August 2020 for a period of 3 years.



The Agreement will not have any effects on the share capital and shareholding structure of the Company and is not expected to have any immediate material effect on the earnings per share, net assets per share and gearing of XOX for the financial year ending 30 September 2020.



Similar to all business entities, the risk factors affecting the execution of the Agreement, including but not limited to business risks such as prudent financial management, changes in political, economic and regulatory conditions. However, the Board will continue to exercise due care in considering the risks associated with the Agreement and will take appropriate measures in planning the successful execution of the Agreement.



The Agreement being incurred in the ordinary course of business, is not subject to the approval of the shareholders.



None of the Directors and/or other major shareholders of the Company and/ or any persons connected to them have any interest, direct or indirect, in relation to the Agreement.



The Board, after due consideration, is of the opinion that the Agreement is in the best interest of the Group.

As long as PP is above NAV per share 8.5sen++, PP will increase NAV per share. PP is better than RI, RI will cause share price to drop. It is normal to let investors to gain a bit from PP for big amount of money for PP.

KUALA LUMPUR: Shares in XOX Bhd were hotly traded in early trade Thursday with some 805 million shares exchanging hands, making it the most actively traded counter by volume.

The mobile network service provider rose 13.56%, or four sen to 33.4 sen. XOX-WB added 25%, or six sen to 30 sen with 82.6 million shares done.


XOX has formed a strategic collaboration with Alipay Labs (Singapore) Pte Ltd, an affiliate company of Chinese billionaire Jack Ma's Ant Group Co Ltd, to offer blockchain-based solutions in the Asia Pacific region including Malaysia.

Alipay is the largest player in China's 430 trillion yuan third-party mobile payments market, according to the market research firm Qianzhan.


XOX said its wholly-owned XOX Wallet Sdn Bhd had on August 24, entered into an agreement with Alipay for the blockchain solutions.
