Palm oil 5kg sell at Rm30

One Kg = Rm6.00

One ton is 1,000kg

So one ton sells for Rm6000

Cost of Cpo production by Thplant as low as Rm1465 per ton

After refining sells for Rm6000

alot of profits

More than 200% profit

Go and do your maths

Saji 5kg price Rm29.70

Each kg is 29.70 divides by 5

= Rm5.94 per kg

1 ton is 1,000kg

1000 kg = Rm5,940

Thplant cost of Cpo production is only Rm1,465 per ton

After refining can sell for Rm5,940

The gross profit is over Rm300 or more than 200%

Any other industries now can make 200% gross profit like palm oil?

Nevertheless, FGV’s existing plantation land bank could be substantially reduced as FELDA is looking to terminate the LLA with FGV.  The LLA, which was signed prior to FGV’s flotation exercise in 2012, involves 350,733ha of plantation land that was leased to FGV for 99 years from Nov 1, 2011.

For the LLA termination, FGV’s compensation is to be calculated based on the average profit per mature hectare for the entire leased land (based on its latest audited financial statements at the point of notice) multiplied by the loss of FGV’s future profits.

>> FGV would be compensated for 10 years of future profits should the LLA be terminated less than eight years from the last replanting, or five years of future profits should the agreement be terminated more than eight years after the last replanting.

The LLA termination would leave FGV with 88,497ha of plantation land and 68 palm oil mills.

Chinteck's fantastic result just announced will be indicative of all palm oil fantastic results coming out next month one by one with good surprise on the upside

With so much earnings palm oil being a Cash crop Chinteck has even declared a higher special dividend

Other palm oil companies like nsop, Riverview and Kfima also declared "special dividends" apart from it's usual dividends

After Klk taking over Ijmplant next will be Ioi looking for M&A as they see great coming prospects for palm oil ahead

So hold tight all Fgv and all other palm oil shares as we enter the exciting good results reporting time of palm oil for August 2021

Now not just cool. It's very COLD in Brazil as it SNOWED

This will cause prices of sugar to rise as snow will damage sugar cane plants

FGV will benefit as it owns MSM Sugar

Sugar cane is also used as biodisel for their ethanol. Since Cpo also use as biodisel price will be sustained

All these are good factors for FGV
