This counter before share consolidation 10 to 1, someone subscribed esos and Private placement or investors bought from open market on average around 30 cent. After consolidated, cost of share became $3.00. Then right issue $0.10 and after right issue the share price dropped to 0.025. At this level, private placement 0.192 to single shareholder and diluted to existing minority shareholders at a heavy loss. After this single shareholder received PP shares, he unloaded to the open market at 0.025 immediately. How much within a month from public investors? Very fishy. Now this company launched ESOS with huge quantity again to allocate to the crony. Why authority allows such unfair practice? Something very unethic on the regulatory level. In order to earn clearing fee for Bursa and allowed non stop shares to the market to cheat public investors

Can u imagine why shareholders who subscribed right issue were willingly agreed to have five times loss of its capital investment within so short period. Is it something very fishy arrangements among someone and listed company, otherwise they can subscribed at a lower cost then became majority shareholders.

The controlling shareholder Group cost could be ~10sen too from the initial purchase of controlling stake from the CEO and gang then consol share and RI PLUS pp & esos via nominee eg Directors, etc

Dont always think that they have no risk

Seriously, you know what is happening here, the company is utilizing the money from RI over 100 million, now shrink till 76 million as of 30 Sept so far, we will have to wait to see the next coming quarter report after Mac to see whether the cash is shrinking or not, if yes, this is like burning cash with losses.....
