Internal auditor tolong mengaudit purchasing dept, jika tidak, bila terbongkar , internal auditor juga akan dijatuhkan hukuman penjara hahaha

Jika pengarah2 bersubahat dengan related parties termasuk internal auditor dan audit committee auditor untuk merompak duit pemegang syer minoriti, lain cerita lah.. doakanlah yang terindah bagi pasukhas :)

External auditor horwath mesti audit kontrak/belian related parties dengan ketat, jika tidak, lesen audit mungkin digantung kelak selepas audit oversight board melakukan siasatan bila2 masa.

SC/bursa juga perlu disiasat oleh sprm kerana lembaga pengarah membiarkan beratus-beratus juta syer esos diterbitkan kpd para pengarah, dll

Adakah pegawai2 bursa/sc dah dirasuah, sprm patut menyiasat dan memberikan jaminan kpd semua pemegang syer pasukhas bahawa tidak ada kecurangan terjadi.

Dalam agm nanti, pengarah2 perlu memberikan penjelasan kerana buat pp 20% kpd ahli keluarga LKL untuk beberapa juta ringgit je manakala menggunakan ~ rm20juta untuk membeli syer skyt lain dan membawa kerugian kpd pemegang2 syer terutamanya dilution of shareholdings dengan harga jualan syer pasukhas yang jauh lebih rendah drp nta ???

Dalam agm nanti, pemegang2 mesti menanya para pengarah kenapa menggunakan ~rm20juta untuk membeli syer skyt2 lain?? Apakah justikasinya dan juga menyebabkan kerugian akibat kejatuhan harga syer sykt yg mereka beli????

Adakah para pengarah dah menerima komisen tertentu dengan melakukan belian tersebut?????

European shares .STOXX hit a three-week high and rose 1.42%. Britain's FTSE .FTSE also hit a three-week high, and was heading for its best weekly showing since mid-March.The Dow Jones Industrial Average .DJI rose 575.77 points, or 1.76%, to 33,212.96, the S&P 500 .SPX gained 100.4 points, or 2.47%, to 4,158.24 and the Nasdaq Composite <.ixic> added 390.48 points, or 3.33%, to 12,131.13.
NEW YORK: Global markets enjoyed a broad-based rally on Friday, while the yield on benchmark U.S. Treasuries fell after data showed that U.S. consumer spending rose in April and the uptick in inflation slowed, two signs the world's largest economy could be on track to grow this quarter.

Consumer spending, which accounts for more than two-thirds of U.S. economic activity, increased 0.9% last month, and although inflation continued to increase in April, it was less than in recent months. The personal consumption expenditures (PCE) price index rose 0.2%, the smallest gain since November 2020.

Wall Street rallied on Friday after the data, with all three major U.S. stock indexes bringing a decisive end to their longest weekly losing streaks in decades.

The U.S. Federal Reserve, in minutes from its May meeting released earlier this week, called inflation a serious concern. A majority of the central bankers backed two half-a-percentage- point rate hikes in June and July, as the group attempts to curb inflation without causing a recession.

The Fed did leave room for a pause in hikes if the economy weakens.

Analysts said the consumer spending and inflation data was encouraging and supported growth estimates for the second quarter that are mostly above a 2.0 annualized rate.

"The growth engine of the U.S. economy is still alive and kicking, and that's important," said Joe Quinlan, head of CIO Market Strategy for Merrill and Bank of America Private Bank. "Growth estimates for (the second quarter) are still good. There is a better tone in the market than we have seen in recent weeks, in terms of inflation possibly peaking here. Maybe we can avoid stagflation."

The MSCI world equity index, which tracks shares in 45 nations, was up 2.12% at 4:45 p.m. EDT (2045 GMT).

Global equity funds saw inflows in the week to May 25 for the first week in seven weeks, according to Refinitiv Lipper.

The yield on benchmark 10-year Treasury notes US10YT=RR was last 2.7432%. It had hit a three-year high of 3.2030% earlier this month on fears that the Fed may have to raise rates rapidly to bring inflation under control.

Lower yields show the Fed's monetary policy is succeeding in tightening credit and slowing down prices, said BofA's Quinlan.

"The 10-year yield is suggesting we don't have to have inflation break above 9-10%," Quinlan said. "We are getting close to a peak in inflation."

The two-year yield US2YT=RR, which rises with traders' expectations of higher fed fund rates, fell to 2.4839%.

German 10-year bond yields fell 4 bps to 0.955% DE10YT=RR.

Asian shares .MIAPJ0000PUS also benefited from hopes of stabilizing Sino-U.S. ties and more Chinese government stimulus.

The United States would not block China from expanding its economy, but wanted it to adhere to international rules, Secretary of State Antony Blinken said on Thursday in remarks that some investors interpreted as positive for bilateral ties.

Emerging market stocks rose 1.98%. MSCI's broadest index of Asia-Pacific shares outside Japan .MIAPJ0000PUS closed 2.17% higher, while Japan's Nikkei .N225 rose 0.66%.

The swing toward broadly positive market sentiment drove the dollar to one-month lows =USD against an index of currencies.

The dollar index =USD fell 0.059%, with the euro EUR= up 0.06% at $1.073.

Oil prices were near two-month highs on the prospect of a tight market due to rising gasoline consumption in the United States in summer, and also the possibility of an EU ban on Russian oil.

U.S. crude CLc1 settled 98 cents higher, or up 0.86%, at $115.07 a barrel. Brent LCOc1 settled $2.03 higher, or up 1.73%, at $119.43 a barrel. O/R

Spot gold XAU= added 0.2% to $1,852.83 an ounce.= Reuters

KUALA LUMPUR (Jun 28) -- Pasukhas Group surges 15.1% to MYR0.19, highest since November 2015, on rumor about stake purchase by new investor. "There are talks of a new strategic investor buying stake in the company soon," says dealer at local brokerage. Company diversified into power plant segment from construction business, after acquisition and rights issue exercise, which it completed last month. "New shareholders have started to inject their Indonesian power plant assets into company, which is likely to bring stable earnings moving forward," dealer adds.

KUALA LUMPUR (May 30): Pasukhas Group Bhd's wholly-owned subsidiary Pasukhas Sdn Bhd has accepted a letter of award from Exyte Malaysia Sdn Bhd (EMSB) for construction works involving a general warehouse in Kulim, Kedah worth RM31.16 million.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the company said the job involves the first phase of an AT&S project and relates to its substructure and superstructure from the first to the third level level.

Austria-headquartered AT&S is a global manufacturing leader of high-end printed circuit boards (PCBs) and integrated circuit (IC) substrates.

Its new location in Kulim Hi-Tech Park, Kedah will produce high-end PCBs and IC substrates involving a proposed total investment of RM8.5 billion and it will create 5,000 high-tech and high-impact jobs.

The filing said construction is to commence on June 6, 2022 and is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2023.

Pasukhas said the award is in line with the company’s business expansion.

HONG KONG: The yuan and Chinese consumer stocks rallied as key cities eased Covid restrictions, spurring bets that the worst of the economic impact from strict lockdowns is over.

Tsingtao Brewery Co and Chongqing Brewery Co were among the biggest gainers on China’s CSI 300 Index, rallying at least 7% each. The benchmark gauge advanced up to 1% yesterday. The onshore yuan strengthened as much as 0.8%, the most in about two weeks.

Strict movement restrictions in key Chinese cities have weighed on the nation’s economy and financial markets, drawing a dire warning from premier Li Keqiang who urged officials to carry out stimulus. The latest relaxation in curbs and Shanghai’s moves to revitalise the economy is giving a much-needed boost to investor sentiment.

“Covid cases and lockdowns have been the key factors holding back China equity valuations, so the easing of these will be positive,” said Bloomberg Intelligence analyst Marvin Chen. Continued reopening with more stimulus may kick start a recovery in the second half, he added.

Shanghai will loosen Covid test requirements for people who enter public places from June 1, while offering tax rebates for companies and allowing all manufacturers to resume operations.

The plan also includes an accelerated approval of property projects and incentives for car purchases, among others.

Curbs on movement in several Beijing districts also started to be loosened over the weekend after authorities said the outbreak there was under control.

In Hong Kong, sportswear maker Li Ning Co rose as much as 9.4% while restaurant chain Haidilao International Holding Ltd advanced 8.8%, helping drive a more than 2% gain in the city’s benchmark gauge.

Meanwhile, travel and transportation shares also surged. Jinling Hotel Corp gained by the 10% limit on the mainland as Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport Co rose more than 6%. Trip.com Group Ltd. added more than 4% in Hong Kong.

Overseas investors have net purchased 1.1 billion yuan (US$165mil or RM721mil) of local shares so far in May, while onshore traders have bought around HK$44bil (US$5.6bil or RM24.5bil) of Hong Kong stocks. — Bloomberg

shares will be consolidated into 165,399,073 Consolidated Shares.
Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad had vide its letter dated 23 April 2021, approve the
Proposed Share Consolidation and the listing of and quotation for up to 165,339,073
Consolidated Shares. On 25 May 2021, the Company announced that the entitlement date
for the Proposed Share Consolidation is on 10 June 2021.
The 165,339,073 Consolidated Shares were listed and quoted on the ACE Market of Bursa
Malaysia Securities Berhad on 11 June 2021.
(c) On 17 March 2021, the Company proposed renounceable rights issue of up to 992,394,438
new Shares (“Rights Shares”) together with up to 578,896,755 free detachable warrants in
the Company (“Warrants A”) on the basis of 12 Rights Shares together with 7 free Warrants
A for every 2 existing Consolidated Shares held by the entitled shareholders on an
entitlement date to be determined.
The 991,989,752 Rights Shares and 578,660,588 Warrants A were listed and quoted on the
