A Note to CAP directors, Bill Gates gave up his advisor post. Steve Job was removed from Apple. But they never lose .. Many human business have done so...So should the directors of CAP.

Just dispose for Myr 1.00 to any Auto company like VW, Geely...or even Ford.
Volvo was "sold-give" to Geely so why should not CAP DIRECTORS DO THE SAME.

Human heaven is Power, Money or Righteousness. Sometime you have power. Sometimes money. But NOW...IT IS RIGHTEOUSNESS....

So CAP directors - hope they will do right like Mother Theresa or Gandhi...All my life savings is with CAP... trust CAP to do righteousness...

Write in to the CHINESE AMBASSADOR, EMBASSY OF CHINA IN MALAYSIA will do.
No replies or updates from SC and Bursa after submiting my complaint several months ago.

CAP IS 99.99999% A USED TOILET PAPER.

The amount of the unreported borrowings is unreasonable. A company with full of liabilities.

Too bad, we are not lucky enough.

Where are all those reports? They are falsifying financial statement! Auditor already retracted their comments on their 2015 AR! They are all conman from China ! Like MSPORTS, now look, CSL is the next and soon, more and more coming!

Bullkobear- Their NTA surely not 35 sen anymore, their NTA now should be NEGATIVE! A company with full of liability. Judiciary auction of their warehouse and a serious material litigation. Boardroom is not a liquidator, CAP shares are already worthless. we got conned and cheated by them!

CAP must and will delist in the next few months! Where is the new 2015 AR? and all the QRs?

The Board of Directors of China Automobile Parts Holdings Limited (“CAP” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that the Company is unable to issue the Outstanding Annual Report and Quarterly Results dated 31 March 2017, 30 June 2017 and 30 September 2017 (collectively referred to as “Outstanding Quarter Results”) on 30 November 2017.
