Reference is made to the announcement dated 14 July 2017 in relation to the directive for CAP to reissue the Audited Financial Statements for year 2015 on or before 4 January 2018, failing which Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) shall commence delisting procedures against CAP.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company had on 2 January 2018 applied to Bursa Securities till 19 January 2018 for an extension of time to re-issue the Audited Financial Statements for year 2015.

Any further development in respect of the above matter will be announced to Bursa Securities in due course.

This announcement is dated 3 January 2018.

Geely is one of the others share owner of Csp. We keep Cap share become Hundreds Thousands or Millions RM. Its is 2nd to become Huaan. Wait is a few months ,, then gains Huaan plays see up, up, up.

Cap is one of cheapest distribution of spare in the world. Geely is one of the others main majority
Sure holders. Cap can go like hurricane up same as Huaan. Hundred-,Thousands, Hundred thousands, Millions........up..confident. Just check, Cap share holders...maybe Geely or not.

With only a potential liabilities of Renmimbun263!million as stated by external auditors, when compared to their cash in hand, CAP will rise again before The year of the Dog,,,,if Geely & DRB get involved in their restructuring of the PN17 status with Credit Suisse etc, ,,,,1 cts become 10 cts, best performer for 2018nupon relisting,,,,,,my 8888 lots write off will make happyyyyyyy.......just dreaming and hoping!!!!

CAP should be able to issue all the qtrs result and annual accounts till December, 2017 as audited final accounts 2015 has been done, hopefully next week and to list for trading before CNY,,,,,,,,,invested 8888 lots at 1cts can become how much ?
