几时上下车，tp多少因人而異,利好是全年有望赚5400万至6000万.
创造了上市的最好净利.
现价位rm 1.32 或 tnlogis wc 0.705 sen 是趁低買入,
tp=母股rm 2.00
tnlogis wc=rm 1.40

有发展的公司才有借款,相对的净利也大副度上升.对东南我有信心,
公司的公主港公寓早己售完,其他的厂房也有很好的销售,未来更有自己的酒店,
因此未来收入会稳定.
