OPEC Secretary-General Abdullah al-Badri told Reuters on Sunday he hoped to see a recovery in the price of oil by the end of the second half of 2015.

Arab Saudi memang mau OPEC potong production, cuma celaka Non-OPEC tak nak ikut terutama USA dan Russia. Russia awal-awal cakap, potong production tu macam potong lancau gua, jangan harap. Saudi pun pissed off, pun cakap, kalo non-OPEC tak mau potong kenapa gua OPEC kena potong?? Biar free fall parang, tengok siapa kena potong lanjau nanti.

Sekarang Russia sudah Ruble jatuh, ini jatuh, itu jatuh, Putin dari lanjau keras pun kejut sikit pun tak mau potong.

USA kata saya free-market wall street yang cakap bukan presiden OBAMA cakap potong kena potong.

Sekarang tengok siapa lanjau lembut dulu lah, potong memang kena potong, tapi siapa kena potong dulu, gua rasa, PUTIN mungkin kena potong dulu.
