Friends, according to CIMB report, Econpile is a technical buy on pullback. Target is 75 cents to 80 cents, next is 87.5 cents to 92 cents.

Hang Seng in green mostly because of previous big drop. It may stay sideline for some period.. Investors seen slight hope since the trade talk will continue even after tariff hike. This trade war is far from settle yet.

EIA for ECRL only on third quarter. How the project can kick off soon? After EIA report, there would be a big hoo haa by people affected by the alignment. Quite sure. So you should know how long it’s going to drag.
I am only interested in Econbhd of other project which they may be awarded. Not these slow locomotives like BM and ECRL.

New goverment should appoint all direct nominated subcontractors instead of main contractor who just profiteering easily by engaging sub contractor concept.the indirect discount saving is just like earning for nation,this also take away indirect unnecessary monopoly.

Yes, mis- coordinated. Why EIA is only on the 3rd Q’19?
Without this report, construction works cannot start.
Only commencing EIA in third Q and don’t know when will the EIA report be completed.

I have seen tender process by companies. Come in the BOQ, everyone staff will be haphazard to complete and submit. Sometimes not even 2 weeks. So why EIA on the 3rd Q?

Just pay the main contractor 3% for coordination n management fee would suffice instead they reap off subcontractor which can be saving for the nation .

Prequalification for companies. It is not that they are going to tender for the job. It is basically registering your company with Cccc. Then Mrl and Cccc will go through the process of looking into the companies qualification, experience and financial strength etc etc.
Based on the above, if the company’s ratings are good, then this companies which deem good will be shortlisted. Others would be kept aside. This companies that are qualified would be called later to tender the available packages. The process of prequalification will atleast take a month to decide. Then follows the actual tender for the job. This will include many companies tendering for the same package. Out of which one will be successfully selected for that particular work or package. This process may take 1 or 2 months to decide the winner of the package or a particular work scope.
