@sting79 you are so kind. we both know the danger of buying warrant especially when it near to expiry date. i don't mean to hurt anyone but to warn others not to repeat our mistake we did before. i agree with you to buy mother share but not at this moment since this counter is in the midst of offering right issue.

Letting it fall further means more discount, which encourages Rights Issue subscription from shareholders (non-directors or non related parties), but company gets lesser amount from this fund raising activity. Give and take...

Guys, AGM is on the 6th April and after the AGM they can proceed with the price fixing .

Once the price fixing is done, and the entitlement date announce, the price will has to trend upward....let wait for the event to unfold..

During EGM, William mentioned that China sales is encouraging, has received good government feedback from the China subsidiary setup for the sales agreement, and year 2021 will see faster sales recovery from China and Malaysia, though Indonesia will be the slowest.

Nothing much that most of us don't already know... though the shocking thing is that the poll results has the most 'against' vote I've ever seen among other counters... usually only had a few 'against' vote but this time it's just... maybe others had seen worst but this one it's the worst for me...this is in terms of number of shareholders, roughly about 1/4 are voting 'against'...
