Bon I don’t think so...but it will drop over bottom...mean hsi tomorrow will challenge 27800 if tomorrow drop mean good for hsi-h, if tonite all short covering ..mean tomorrow hsi will boost more higher at 29200...but for current trend id downtrend and remember first week of July is selling week...and hsi wanna support level at 28100

However, on this note i sort of understand u.. the market had dropped for many days and we should see a meaningful correction for the shorties to cover their short position before another push down..right?

as for ur target of 29200, i am more conservative, looking at 28800-900..29200 is a bonus.

evirusan, seems like u r very new to HSIF warrant..if u dun mind, my advice to u (and all the newbie), dont trade HSIF warrant if you are not clear. take 1-2 mths to learn at least to start trading.. when i say learn, u may try items below,

1. Past news on HSIF (try to find out what were going on for the past few months that move the index, then u will have better judgement when u trade real)

2. the warrant structure. go to macquarrie website and read

3. then do paper trade everyday until u really know the velocity of trading HSIF warrant.

1. Last Friday (just when we were expecting a 1000 pts plunge (scenarioA) next 2 days) we were WRONG-FOOTED by a 500 pts UPSWING ( 28150 to 28650) on Friday itself.

2. We were "forced to take cover" by at least 1/3 in quantities, ... cos we cannot fight the "Manipulative(scenarioB) market or the prevailing trend especially over a highly volatile and unpredictable weekend.

3. So the Ex-HK (NY) hrs did behave near to our expectation (28650 vs 28580) :

"......BUT what we should find is our HSIF this time should have less pullback, only normal bullish retracement, to 28580, and holding on to the MA20 (30mins ) by 22.00 till close at NY hrs Friday nite.

-Monday -No trading for HSIF while SSEC/ChinaA50/etc......... was faring very badly.

4. I would refrain to go into the complicated/inexplicable 2-Opposing Forces at play now in HSIF/HSI/ChinaA50/SSEC/USD/RMB/HKD........ Natural tendency after having watched the Friday Ex-HK hrs & Monday (today 02July) play-out would be to reverse back to bet on our earlier FAILED 1000 points plunge tomorrow, as in (1) above.

5. I would watch Tue morning opening hr........

Open hr Gap or Big down - our missing (scenarioA) has arrived.

Open hr Up 100 to 28750, then 200 correction 30550 till 14.00. 15-17.00 back to 28750 again
(scenarioB) -- (Big/ unexpected surprice against day's pm NATURAL trend)

6. STAY OUT if you CANNOT take the market slapping you a 2nd time (like last friday)

7. Xiaomi listing on HSI ? Proping up manipulation by the big-boys?.........

8. Expecting diverging behaviours - Asia (SSEC/ChinaA50/RMB...) vs Dow ( Dow/S&P/USD....) to continue this week.
