Bilis Bilis Why it's a intellectual challenge (technicals/charting/EW/Ganns/Candle.....)to trade HSI C14 C17? :

aka (HSI Cs vs Dsonic Cs)
aka Makuali bullying little Sonicbrother in KL
aka What happen when Issue-houses managers made boo-boo in fixing the strike/convervesion prices (of HSI vs Dsonic)
aka Makuali will be "talo"ed properly in HSI and in Hong Kong Stock Exchange if they behave same way (toward Dsonic) on HSI.

1. HSI is traded in Hong Kong ,while Dsonic is in KL .
HSI is a indice traded worldwide from Hk ,China,the Whole East,Arab$$ MEast,London.NYC & whole America..... Dsonic on comparison,is an ikanbilis counter can only survive within this small boundaries of ours....

2. Makuali's issued Cs and Hs is very very very ACTIVELY TRADED in KLSE, in fact SINGLE-HANDEDLY manipulate, control and many many times distort the Cs &Hs prices ,especially near and on its expiry-dates , it inevitably become 0.00 buy no volume
and 0.005 centS sell thousand & thousands lots, millions of ringits of KLSE MARKET CAPITALISATION B.U.R.N.E.D macam itu saja!! All the unsophisticated small players hard-earned savings bundled in bags all shifted out to hongkong or kangarooland ,bags after bags,counters after counters,seasons after seasons,years after years,.....no wonder our ringgit is so weak!!!

3. IF You CARE TO STUDY the Board quotes and trading patterns/behaviours for 3-5 days (in fact if you r fast 1 hour to 1 day...(unlike the sleepy heads at the Surveillance unit) of any counters Makuali is involved.........

Just as I have dreaded, the big jump happened after KL hours,20819 (crossed MA90),its next hurdle shud be 21150,21550 ,21810....within the next 5-10days.


And the chart pattern evolving since i started playing after its 1st reversal Feb12, may be turning out to be latukkong's 'Imperial Butterfly' chart pattern as in

it calls for a 25 days (12/2- 18/3) upward movement before a run a way rally soon... Remember the HSI cash or Futures indices is difficult for a single issuer to manipulate or control or to depress to 20200 (or below) by the maturity or cash conversion date of 30March 2016

So if Makuali is to "market making" the C14 price honourably to reflect the pricing formula they have published on their web-site (an investment or LEGAL CONTRACT THEY MADE with the KLSE, SC and the investing public ??!!!), the pricing should be roughly :

20819-20200= 619 * 900 = 0.68 x 0.522 = 0.35 (appx.)

21000-20200= 800 * 900 = 0.88 x 0.522 = 0.46 (appx.)

21150-20200= 950 * 900 = 1.05 x 0.522 = 0.548 (appx.)

21550-20200=1350 * 900 = 1.50 x 0.522 = 0.78 (appx.)

21810-20200=1610 * 900 = 1.78 x 0.522 = 0.929 (appx.)

When the CONVERSION date AS SET BY the issuer and SANCTIONED by our shares-investment regulators is drawing near (30 march 2016 ,in 8 trading days time), those investors who HAVE PAID "Your esteemed Issuer" this

"Issue / Ask Price : Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) 1.9000"

to HEDGE against this

"Exercise/ Strike/ Conversion Level : 20,200"

How would they be treated on the expiry date????

The reputation of the issuer and klse is at stake!!!!

HSI : I think we are nearing BLOWOUT time in hrs...

(This morning 0.435 shud be the FIRST DAY of blowout for C14)

(i also observe a "typical" swing of 6-7 cents by Makuali when there is an overpush breaching the upperBB , so i sold 0.435-0.425 at open and bought back 0.36-7 for next run up)

why C15 does not move?
the Exercice Price for C15 is 23,800 and it will expire this month. It is out of money and the chance that HSI future will reach 23,800 is very slim. That is why the price of C15 remains low

I am out from both HSI 17&19. Made few thousand bucks. So far futures still look okay. If u think Index can maintain for another week @ 21,000, u can stay. But if I'm in yr shoe, i will cut lost and go else where since today its hoovering between 21,300 -21,400..too risky. Just my 2 cents. Anyway all the best for tomorrow for those who are staying. I am moving to Air Asia.. Adiosss
