Watch closely...I think it is going to move soon. The research house don't simply give a fair value for nothing...just watch...if it break 86 sen then can confirm rally. This is a good company with big overseas customers. Should be worth to keep in the long term. I think can go as high as $1.50 like IFCAMSC if they really want to goreng. Only 388 million stocks compare to IFCA 608 million. When it move, it will be very fast and furious. The selling looks like stopped. Now it is buying time. Lets see if the volume is coming this afternoon. Good luck to all.

Most of Salutica's customers comprise multinational corporations such as Plantrocnics, Jaybird and Sony, contributing about 90% of the company's total revenue.

PublicInvest noted that Salutica is targeting a long term payout ratio of at least 30% of its net profits. “With strong cash reserves after listing, a healthy dividend payout should be sustained. We estimate the company's dividend yield for FY17 at 3.1% on the back of a 30% payout ratio assumption,” it said.

Latest quarter result looks underwhelming if we look at the headline numbers, with Profit before Tax about RM0.6m.

However, bear in mind SALUTE has just paid RM2.1m for its listing expense, while at the same time suffering from RM0.8m forex losses. SALUTE derives about 90% of its revenue in USD (which makes it a strong USD play), so in a quarter in which USD has been weakening significantly, SALUTE's comprehensive income is negatively affected.

Therefore, if you normalize its performance by stripping the listing expenses and FX losses, SALUTE achieved a Profit before Tax of about RM3.5m, which implies 78% yoy growth as compared to the corresponding quarter ended 31 March 2015.
