there is no way Salutica's counsel/lawyer will advise the company to continue with the litigation process. The only possible outcome is reach some form of settlement. Even a RM50 - RM80 million settlement would be good enough. If they continue the legal battle, then it's game over. I am surprised to see so much insider trading activities ahead of the case conclusion. Wouldn't this be illegal to trade before the High Court judgement?
Malaysia has no laws and regulations is it?

I think Apple's legal staff is more than Salutica's factory workers. Moreover, apple sudah biasa terima this types of legal claims from tiny companies all over the worlds. Apple adalah apple. If apple not strong, they could have been gone by now. Apple is very big company in fact, they are getting bigger and bigger. I didn't hear its shareholders Warren Buffett selling apple shares. In fact, WB is buying more and more apple shares. I personally think the claim by salufica very difficult to win.
