Many factors surrounding a company's shares up or down, it is the market forces that decide, BOD and team managed more on running the day to day business. Alot of manipulators including the shorties around, even the FA and TA, etc datas are sometimes inaccurate, make your own decissions wisely and dont chase high in order not to get your fingers burnt. Buy low and sell high is safer and not to be greedy is the best policy in share market
