Truly appreciate if the 4 big glove companies and the other glove manufactures could announce officially their revenue reports for just the month of January 2021 which is since the release of vaccines and adaptation of new norms. Let us all know once and for all whether vaccines and new norms generate demands for glove. In most countries now from the picture on the web, gloves are being used for every vaccination, manufacturing, distribution chain, etc, etc. Is this the catalyst for demand on gloves?. Since vaccination will continue for years to come, will this mean continuous glove demand? With the emergence of virus variants, will this increase the glove demand?

The demand for gloves has changed from testing to now vaccination. The USA, Europe and many countries all around the World are using gloves for vaccination - per glove per person. This is mainly to protect the health worker and the patient from variant virus infection, the current virus itself, HIV, etc, etc. The USA has just started and the World has a long way to go. This is just in the medical sector, how about all the other sectors. So demand for glove is huge and will continue to rise.
Locally in Malaysia when the vaccination starts, this too will ramp up demand for gloves.

- US new cases from 52,000+ to 63,000+.
- World new cases from 264,000+ to 342,000+
- New deaths from 6,700+ to 9,700+

The above is because countries are beginning to relax in the movement restrictions. So the numbers increase despite vaccination efforts. So besides vaccine, social distancing is still required, PPE still required, Gloves still required and in demand.
