Actually, this SC very the slow. They paid a visit to SD months ago to retrieve many many documents and they also can see if there are issues on SD by their own investigation.

Why is SC not doing things like what they did no Bernie Madoff? This is a very serious issue and action must be taken immediately if wrongdoings are found.

Or, there is none? :)

Big funds EPF, KWP...etc. are not buying any more, If the a/c are resolved , SB will definitely be less than 0.60 or 0.50 I think



wongchin Why bother need to privatise. Share will rocket back to rm 1.60 once SIR out. As management has mention that it did nothing wrong n bussiness is as usual. Only management knw the true value of sd

leno other counter got a/c inspection or not ?
other counter got small problem, got a/c inspection or not ?
other counter loss so much money also got no a/c inspection.
So, u think sebak problem is small, big, or very very big ?

@alenac those signs only a fraction of the whole picture......... if you keep seeing the negative sight of SD then that's what you will always find........ we all don't know the whole picture......... I have a reason to buy from fund managers perspective.......... not saying im right or wrong......... not encourage retailers to follow me either..........

I think KPMG will settle with Serba. SIR will perhaps be 60-70% favourable.

Btw MSWG just saying for the sake of saying. Otherwise will be seen as not doing their jobs. Could have just easily contacted Bursa to clarify situation and get answers FOR MINORITY SHAREHOLDERS but decided to make a statement.
