Trader258 SD should maintain high integrity by sacking the chairman that had earlier claimed to have spoken & discuss issues with Bursa and SC on the controversial issues but is confirmed a liar by both said entities...

@Nikmon.... not forgetting the appointment of the 2 new and high caliber non exec directors...SD shored up their defence against "dark hands" or "invisible hands" with that move was very clever.... just waiting to see how KPMG will be screwed if EY clears SD of wrongdoings.

Going to be exciting to see two strong teams vying to control SD.

2) CEO who say SD pays SD to pay SD as asset growth strategy, which is nothing wrong apparently.
3) Trivial matter that can't be solved in 3 months.
