M Group came into Revenue Group(RG) with only one purpose ie to strip off its assets /resource one by one until it is asset stricken including cash.

It could be evidenced from the recent acquisition of 51% of one IT subsidiary of M Group for 30 m+++ .Basically ,this is the means of exhausting the cash availability of RG.

Following the resignation of Danny Leong coupled with other developments surrounding the company , the prospect of RG is destined to be doomed. It is believed that PN17 would be triggered sooner than you and me could imagine.

Eventually RG is cash stricken as a result of which PP and or RI will be done to increase the share base of RG ,diluting the shareholding of shareholders. As said earlier on, PN17 would be triggered faster than you can imagine.

This is the group's third consecutive quarterly net loss.
