Stock IPO price probably overvalued. This notwithstanding no one forced the cornerstone investors to subscribed at RM1.10. However for them to subscribed at RM1.10 and immediately dumped at RM1.04, one would assumed that some form of discount had been formulated. We will know soon enough.
If indeed QLC is/was one of the cornerstone investors then likely game over. If history was to repeat itself, pls read up on Multi Sports Holdings Berhad IPO where QLC was one of the major cornerstone investors. IPO @ RM0.85 now @RM0.01. It seems that QLC was allocated shares at a discount i.e. less than RM0.85. QLC sold his shares below RM0.85 almost immediately after listing. The stock price never recovered ever since. Now @ RM0.01.
