PE ratio can read the stock up or down? Any differences between high PE or Low PE? This one I really don’t understand. High ratio means ppl willing to buy even is overvalue? Low PE means it is undervalue?

UWC commands a superior profit margin. From IPO at PAT% of 22%, today it;s PAT% is 30%.
Not sure how long it takes for Coraza to achieve that.

Third largest shareholder - Lim Chai Beng (CBIP boss) 2.31%
Forth largest shareholder- Dato TAN ENG KEE (Greatech boss) 2.225%
Chai Thien Chiet (boss of Reservoir Link) also one of the top shareholder
This is the reason why rich people gets richer, they know the prospect of the company very well. When many fund start to accumulate, you can't get such a low price as the floating shares are very very limited (67.5% held by 2 largest boss)

我们留意到，市面上有许多的人都称 CORAZA 为 UWC 2.0，而确实两家公司的业务都是较为相似的，有钣金加工、精密零件制造业务、也有半组装业务等。

而我们也看到 CORAZA 所服务的领域也是和 UWC 相似的，如半导体领域、医疗和生命科学领域、同时公司也有服务电气和电子（“E&E”）的领域。

那根据公司招股书中所提及的主要客户来 “估”，相信该公司也是有和 UWC 相同的客户，如 Keysight、Agilent 都是时常被提起的名字，还有 Plexus 也是过去 UWC 的主要客户之一。除了这些公司以外，CORAZA 的客户可能还有包括 Jabil 和 Applied Materials，但从其其他客户上来看的话，确实两者是有很大的相似点的。

但是呢，大家也知道半导体领域普遍上的盈利率会比 E&E 领域更高，因此 CORAZA 会不会跑类似于 UWC 的 “选择客户路线” 就不得而知了，只是说 UWC 在锁定他们新的前端半导体也耗费了 2 年多的时间，因此如果 CORAZA 要跑这个方向的话，现阶段就需要开始锁定新的客户了。

而这次 CORAZA 其实最看走眼的就是没看到招股书在 12.13（214 页）里面所提到公司手头上的采购订单（“PO”）；虽然说 CORAZA 没有和顾客签订长期的 PO，不过直到 2022 年结束为止，公司手头上仍有 RM 91.5 Million 的 PO，而该数据是在 2021 年 11 月份为参考的，也就是说平均 13 个月来计算的话，2022 年全年每个月预计有 RM 7.04 Million 的营业额，如果全年化下来的话则是有 RM 84.5 Million 的营业额。
