Essentially there is no justification for CEB to drop 70% just because nett profit last quarter drop 42% YoY. This company fundamentals are still strong with high cash flow and increasing revenue YoY. The current market movement is just noise that you need to filter out. Currently Tech sector is in consolation mode, once moves up, CEB will surely move together with the market

CEB purchase of a negative net assets Iconn for USD 16.5 million, with a profit guarantee of USD 8 million for profits from Jan 2024 to Dec 2026. If qtr 3 , Iconn report good profit, then it's safe to buy.
