I'm a bit confused for company announcements that say: "Final dividend announced at 10% per share" what is the value of the dividend? 10% from par value or what? an example would be http://klse.i3investor.com/servlets/anpth/284483.jsp thanks!

When they announce in percentage just take it times with its par value.
1.00*10%*75% as for your oib example
