This book is the result of the author's many years of experience and observation throughout his 26 years in the stockbroking industry. It was written for general public to learn to invest based on facts and not on fantasies or hearsay....

Stock investment gurus tell us that there are 3 scenarios where you should sell your stock; 1. The stock becomes grossly overvalued and is at risk of correcting downwards 2. When a better, undervalued investment opportunity comes along which you need to free up funds for 3. When a company's long-term business fundamentals are compromised, affecting its intrinsic value. If any of the above three scenarios crop up, you should seriously reexamine that company and decide whether it might be better to sell its stock. If not, then continue to hold on to your winners and watch their value, stock price and dividend payouts increase over time year after year and only consider selling them when one of the three sell scenarios happen. I have never heard any Gurus saying you should sell when an election for house of representative is imminent. I am told a lot of investors will be dropping their stocks like a ball in the next few weeks. Why is this happening in Malaysia?
