Any stocks will be benefited from tomorrow budget 2014 ? besides TNB... those negatively affected maybe sin stocks, property, and consumer due to higher tax / RPGT and GST implementation.

not sure, that`s why asking here.... but i think ytl power will not be much affected as its power business is not concentrate in malaysia only.... diversified into a few countries .....
