I would like to guess who are the contract winners:

Malaysia-
1) UEMS
2) YTLPOWER
3) GKENT
4) 1MDB
5) Vacant company Berhad

Singapore-
1) YOngnam
2) TEMASEK
3) Vacant company Berhad

It is unlikely they will consolidate or form a JV company for that cross region construction project.

Please raise your concern and suggest your preferred builder here.
