Bursa today is entirely different world! It's not for those who buy and hold hoping for good returns! Well, maybe some like Hibiscus,which is quite stable but then again, i could be wrong!
Anyway, the latest saga hitting Genting Hong Kong shows us how fragile our bursa is! It has deeply impact Genting and Genm in terms of new high knee jerk! And also impact our institutions like EPF and PNB!
And worst still, we are now facing western world fighting against Russia! Something that can be prevented if western worlds didn't empowered Russia in the first place!
You see, everytime you see oil hitting high, Russia gets wealthier by the minute! Thank goodness the Arabs are not fond of waging wars! Then again, this almost means, Iran is getting wealthier too! Which of course increase the risk of middle east breaking into civil war!
Anyway, this makes our bursa more unstable! Amidst politically uncertainty due to infigthings within Umno, we may see GE15 right on our doorstep if Umno wins with convincing majority in Johor!
At this point it quite worrisome! Johor by election is unnecessary! But chances of Harapan or Bersatu winning Johor is almost next to dustbin! Only Umno has the machinery convincing enough to get a win! After 2 state election, Harapan is running on empty! If GE15 conducted this year then Harapan will be helpless as they will have no money to face Umno!
Let's face the truth! Election means money, alot of money! Doing those ceramahs require alot of money! Harapan get their molla from supporters but the biggest contributors are from tycoons!
This round, it's different, even tycoons are staying away from Harapan! Especially support from grassroot have dwindled!
For us small investors, bursa is just not attractive! The only option is to trade!
And to trade, it's not easy! Timing is an art mix with science! You get it right and you get it wrong! Mostly using TA but with ever dynamic variables, you could easily get your TA readings wrong too!
