J&T Express certainly change from the worst to the best within a year! Reason is, they are now more systematic and work 24/7! However, Shopee has drastically reduce their dependence on J&T using their own logistic!
Poslaju is certainly doing better job compare to J&T! Having said that, their 5 days working week is totally not suited for courier services!
If Pos Malaysia doesn't change, then they have to face the fact that they are not competitive!
Unless Pos Malaysia adopt 6 or 7 working days, i don't see any chance for them to compete!
