Obviously is not an asset to BRICS, SCO, RCEP where China clearly leads these organisation. Why? India simply cannot fight China's dominance and simply dare not take up the challenges. Its presence merely acted as an obstacle to slow down the progress but eventually it will quit or removed by other members. India did not join OBOR initiative and Asian Development Bank, that is its choice. Dragging RCEP till the last minute was the greatest 'achievement' to sabotaj an international cooperation, without India, RCEP is up and running now.
