On 27 April 2018, Dynamic Horizon Holdings Limited ("Dynamic Horizon"), a company wherein Tan Sri Cheng Yong Kim has a substantial interest, ceased to hold 20% equity interest in Lion Diversified Holdings Berhad ("LDHB") following the disposal of shares in LDHB by Dynamic Horizon. LDHB and the following companies in which it has a substantial interest hold an aggregate of 31,556,700 shares in Lion Industries Corporation Berhad ("LICB") representing 4.64% of the total number of voting shares in LICB: (i) LDHB - 20,820,000 shares (ii) LDH Management Sdn Bhd - 9,935,200 shares (iii) Lion Construction & Engineering Sdn Bhd - 801,500 shares Hence, Tan Sri Cheng Yong Kim ceased to be interested in the aforementioned shares held by the respective holders on 27 April 2018 ("Cessation").
