The Manager of the Fund, AHAM Asset Management Berhad (the “Manager”), wishes to announce that the Unit Holders’ Adjourned Meeting in relation to the proposed termination of the Fund held at Boardroom, Ground Floor, Menara Boustead, 69 Jalan Raja Chulan, 50200 Kuala Lumpur on Friday, 24 March 2023 (the “Meeting”), was duly passed by the unit holders of the Fund by way of poll at the Unit Holders’ Adjourned Meeting.
