KFC gets nod to sell business, assets

KUALA LUMPUR: KFC Holdings (Malaysia) Bhd's shareholders approved the proposed disposal of the company's business and assets to Massive Equity Sdn Bhd for RM5.2 billion at an EGM today. Some 99.1pc of shareholders agreed to it in a poll vote.
