ETP chalks up 86pc realisation rate of RM25b in investments

KUALA LUMPUR: The Economic Transformation Programme announced today that 86 per cent of RM25.42 biliion in investments over the past two years have been realised.
"The realisation rate of these investments are healthy. We are on track towards meeting our targets for the year," said Datuk Seri Idris Jala, Minister in the PM's Department.
Idris, who is also CEO of Performance Management and Delivery Unit (PEMANDU), said the private sector played its role in driving the economy.
He announced 33 new projects for the first half of the year with investments totalling RM7.04 billion.
