KUALA LUMPUR: TSR Capital Bhd's wholly-owned subsidiary, TSR Bina Sdn Bhd, has accepted a letter of acceptance from Sime Darby Property Bhd for a construction earthworks job at Elmina Business Park 2, Gombak, Selangor worth RM75 million.

It said that the scope of works under the contract mainly involves the construction and completion of site clearance and earthworks, involving approximately seven million metre cubes of earth cutting and filling. Additionally, it said the project covers erosion and sediment control plan, the construction of retaining wall and reinforced soil wall, as well as main drain works and sewerage works.

"The contract will further increase and enhance the existing order book of the group. The contract will have no effect on the issued share capital of the company but it is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets per share of the group for the financial years ending 2025 to 2026," it said in a stock exchange filing.

The contract is for a duration of 18 months and is expected to be completed by March 2026.
