KUALA LUMPUR: Kimlun Corporation Bhd's wholly-owned subsidiary Kimlun Sdn Bhd has accepted the award of a construction contract from Tanah Sutera Development Sdn Bhd for a residential development in Johor Bahru for a total sum of RM128.13 million.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, the construction and engineering company said that the contract comprises two sections.

It said the first section, which is worth RM57.86 million, is expected to be completed by the third quarter of 2026, while the second is worth RM70.27 million and is expected to be completed within 21 months from the date of commencement. 

"The contract is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets of Kimlun group for the financial years during the contract period," it said.
