FBM KLCI futures higher at midday

KUALA LUMPUR: The FTSE Bursa Malaysia KLCI (FBM KLCI) futures contract on Bursa Malaysia Derivatives was higher at midday.
At lunch break, the November 2024 and December 2024 contracts bagged 4.0 points each to 1,605.0 and 1,609.5, respectively.
The March 2025 contract advanced 5.0 points to 1,601.0 and the June 2025 contract rose 6.5 points to 1,611.5.
Turnover amounted to 21,352 lots, with open interest at 52,923 contracts.
The FBM KLCI ended the morning session 7.44 points higher at 1,604.89.
