no hope. Pos malaysia has 7 workers unions which means workers' attitudes are difficult to be changed. Workers' welfare can't be touched. You search lah online to verify this. Now redundant old staff (high salary) reassigned to man Pos Shop. How to compete with other convinient stores who hire new young staff (low salary)?
