凯德商用大马产托以8000万令吉收购上述产业是合理的，因为有关地段靠近峇都交湾，且也符合独立估值师给出的价格。
尽管此次收购将使该产托的负债率从原先的35.9%，提升至37.2%，不过，仍低于监管限制50%。
此外，尽管土地成本是合理的，但有鉴于该产托没有提供更多的信息，如租赁条款和收费等信息，因此，我们无法精准评估完成收购后对业绩的提振。
假设有关收购的净产业赚幅为95%，意味着这将转化为介于3.8%至9.5%的净回酬率。

Extremely weird property purchase. I’d visited the property when the original founder of Kumpulan Powernet wanted to cash out (which resulted in Karim buying the company and changing the name to Kpower)
There is absolutely no capital appreciation for that property that I can think of. Dynaciate should explain more about what they intend to do. I fear something fishy…..

When a company requests for PRivate Placement, it shows they want to make the price drop as the bloody directors will dilute their shares.. So this counter will drop to 0.002.. This Lien Ho group is full of cheating and they deserve something soon.. Fcuk
