Massive retracement from profit taking as expected. Valuations shooting ahead of itself and it is expected. A bit of a long-term play at least till next quarter. Good time to pick up batches. I'll wait for 50sen.

Add more 0.515 n 0.52 tomorrow should be able to bounce back to 0.60. Drop a lot already 3 days consecutively from high 0.735 . That's about 30% drop...oversold

👉1.) 1. INTRODUCTION
The Board of Directors of JTGB wishes to announce that Jati Tinggi Holding Sdn Bhd
(Registration No. 200301020328 (622748-W)) (“JTHSB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary
of the Company had on 6 March 2024 accepted a Letter of Award (“LOA”) issued by
Worktime Engineering Sdn Bhd (Registration No. 200201014648 (582311-P)) (“WESB”
or “Main Contractor”) to perform sub-contract works for a contract namely
“PROPOSED 275KV UNDERGROUND CABLE DOUBLE CIRCUIT FOR 👉DATA CENTRE
LOCATED AT SOUTHERN REGION OF MALAYSIA” (“Contract”) (“Works”).
JTHSB and WESB shall be collectively referred to as “the Parties”, and individually as
“the Party”.
2. SALIENT TERMS OF THE CONTRACT
2.1 Contract Sum
The contract sum for the Works shall be the amount of RM22,060,894.00 (Ringgit
Malaysia Twenty-Two Million Sixty Thousand Eight Hundred and Ninety Four) only
based on fixed contract rate basis (subject to re-measurement), excluding Sales and
Service Tax.
2.2 The nature and scope of the Contract
The nature of the Contract is to lay 👉275kV underground cable double circuit for a data
centre.
The scope of works would include the erection of power cables, fibre optic cables,
joint and termination works together with all ancillary works.
2.3 Contract Period
👉The contract shall commence on 27 March 2024 and for a contract period of 13
months.
👉👉2.) The Board of Directors of JTGB wishes to announce that Jati Tinggi Holding Sdn Bhd (Registration No. 200301020328 (622748-W)) (“JTHSB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company had on 31 May 2024 together with Worktime Engineering Sdn Bhd (Registration No. 200201014648 (582311-P)) (“WESB”), via an unincorporated joint venture, received a letter of acceptance (“LOA”) issued by TNB for a tender submitted to perform contract works for the “PROPOSED 132KV BULK SUPPLY TO A SEMICONDUCTOR PRODUCTION FACTORY LOCATED IN KUALA LUMPUR (INTERIM SUPPLY)” (“Contract”) (“Works”). For the avoidance of doubt, both JTHSB and WESB have agreed to collaborate and work together via an unincorporated joint venture for the Contract.
2. SALIENT TERMS OF THE CONTRACT
2.1 Contract Sum
The contract sum for the Works shall be 👉RM25,550,980.00 (Ringgit Malaysia Twenty- Five Million Five Hundred Fifty Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty) which includes, among others, cost for materials and installation and exclusive of Sales and Service Tax. The contract price shall be fixed and based on Delivered At Place (DAP) Incoterms 2020 (i.e., JTHSB and WESB shall be jointly responsible until the delivery of the Works).
2.2 The nature and scope of the Contract
The nature of the Contract is to lay 132kV underground cable double circuit for a semiconductor production factory.
WESB and JTHSB shall be jointly and severally responsible and liable for the Contract, the execution and completion of the Works within the contract period as set out in Section 2.3 of this announcement.
The respective parties’ rights, benefits, obligations and responsibilities in carrying out the Works under the Worktime Engineering – Jati Tinggi Holding JV will be in the proportion of 70% (WESB) and 30% (JTHSB). Any variation is to be mutually agreed between WESB and JTHSB.
2.3 Contract Period
The contract shall be effective from 31 May 2024 and shall be completed within a period of 365 days.
