Divfex secures TM contract worth RM71.8 mil
KUALA LUMPUR (Oct 27): Divfex Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary Diversified Gateway Bhd has clinched a RM71.82 million contract from Telekom Malaysia Bhd (TM).
The information and communications technology solutions provider said under the agreement, it will plan, design, install, test, commission, maintain and provide support services for TM’s dense wavelength division multiplexing (DWDM).
The contract, spanning nearly 17 years, runs from Aug 1, 2022, until March 15, 2039, it said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia on Thursday.
“The letter of award is expected to contribute positively to the revenue, earnings and net assets of Divfex group for the financial year ending June 30, 2023,” Divfex said.

TM secures RM1.25bil NG999 service.
KUALA LUMPUR: Telekom Malaysia Bhd (TM) has entered into a RM1.25bil concession agreement with the government to implement the Next Generation Emergency Services 999 (NG999) as a continuation of Malaysia Emergency Response Services 999.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, TM said its wholly-owned subsidiary, TM Technology Services Sdn Bhd (TM Tech) had entered into a contract with the government, represented by the Communications Ministry, to implement NG999.
Under the agreement, TM Tech has the right to design, develop, install, test, commission, operate, manage and maintain the NG999 System and provide the NG999 services to the government.
“NG999 will be for a period of 12 years, commencing from the effective date in 2024, which will be determined by the government, until 2036,” the statement said.

First resistance is 0.21. If market good prevails breakout to 0.235 as second resistance. Finally another breakout to reach 0.25. Three breakouts are required. For your info.
